1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Reelful ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, registered users, and premium subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Reelful is a mobile application that transforms your photos and videos into professionally edited reels using AI technology. The Service includes:

• AI-powered script generation based on your media and descriptions
• Custom voice cloning from your voice samples
• Text-to-speech voiceover generation
• Image animation and video composition
• Background music generation
• Automatic caption/subtitle generation
• Cloud storage for your projects and generated videos

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use Reelful, you must create an account using your phone number. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Not share your account with others

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in abusive, harmful, or fraudulent behavior
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures

4. User Content

4.1 Your Rights

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to Reelful, including photos, videos, and voice recordings. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process your content to provide the Service
• Store your content on our servers and third-party cloud providers
• Create derivative works (scripts, voiceovers, animated videos) as directed by you
• Display your content within the app as part of your projects

This license ends when you delete your content or close your account.

4.2 Content Ownership of Generated Works

You own the final videos generated by Reelful using your content and inputs. You may use, share, and monetize these videos as you see fit, subject to any applicable third-party rights and laws.

4.3 Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload or use the Service to create content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains harmful, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory material
• Includes sexually explicit or pornographic content
• Promotes violence or illegal activities
• Violates the privacy or rights of others
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Impersonates others in a misleading or harmful way

4.4 Voice Cloning Responsibility

If you create a voice clone using Reelful, you:

• Warrant that you have the right to use and clone the voice (your own or with explicit consent from the voice owner)
• Will not use cloned voices to deceive, defraud, or harm others
• Accept full responsibility for how you use the voice clone feature

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Free Tier

Reelful offers a limited free tier with a set number of video generations. Once you reach the limit, you will need to subscribe or purchase additional credits.

Free tier credits are granted once per phone number. If you delete your account and create a new one with the same phone number, your previous credit usage will be restored.

5.2 Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are available on weekly and annual plans through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fee at the beginning of each billing period
• Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date
• The subscription terms of Apple/Google as applicable

5.3 Credit Purchases

You may purchase additional video generation credits. Credits do not expire and are non-refundable once used.

5.4 Refunds

Subscription and credit purchases are processed through Apple/Google and are subject to their refund policies. For refund requests, please contact Apple/Google support directly.

5.5 Promo Codes

Promo codes are subject to their specific terms and conditions, including expiration dates and usage limits. Promo codes cannot be combined and have no cash value.

6. Intellectual Property

The Reelful application, including its design, features, technology, and branding, is owned by Reelful and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the application
• Reverse engineer or decompile the application
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Create derivative works based on our application

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Reelful to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Generate spam, unsolicited content, or malware
• Harass, abuse, stalk, or harm others
• Engage in unauthorized data collection or scraping
• Interfere with the Service's operation or security
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Use automation or bots without authorization
• Resell or redistribute the Service
• Circumvent usage limits or payment requirements

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or free from errors
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Your content will be preserved indefinitely

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sharing or publishing.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REELFUL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
• Content generated by AI that you choose to publish or share

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reelful, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you upload or generate using the Service

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update features, pricing, and usage limits. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms in the app and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in California.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Reelful regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements.
